Shiner is talented and a blast to ride! He has a reining foundation, with a smooth handle and way of traveling. Shiner trots and lopes very balanced with smooth transitions. He has a deep automatic sliding stop and a nice turnaround. Outside of arena work, we have used him to gather and drag cattle in a ranch setting. He's very cowy and been heeled on out of the box. He's quiet, scores, and rates well. Shiner runs up from the pasture to meet you at the gate and looks forward to being rode - he enjoys people and truly works to please.
