Dan is a 7 year old 15.3hh, full made black gelding. His solid conformation, jet black color, and friendly personality makes him easy to love and attracts attention wherever he goes. We have used Dan for numerous jobs around the farm - from working colts, to moving, sorting, and doctoring calves. He is very dependable and has never let us down. We have taken Dan on many trail rides where he has been ridden by all levels of riders, including young kids. He is gentle, kind, and laid back but will also step up to the plate when there’s a task at hand. He has a great handle; collects easily, picks up his leads, circles on a draped rein, side passes, and pivots around with light neck rein. He is an all around complete gelding with a combination of looks, performance, and quiet nature that makes him very versatile. He has been in numerous hectic situations and always keeps his cool.
